Title to land is expected to occur 5 years after an initial investor agreement comes into effect and when preliminary plantings have become well-established. Title issue would probably be conditional on satisfactory establishment of successional plantings, which might take another 2 years. Bonds are often required by a territorial authority to ensure that such conditions are met.
